Sadly both taken with in 24hrs of each other.. Blu on the 24.04.09 and Redkin on the 25.04.09. Both now together to keep each other company to sleep in the clouds and to run the rainbows.... No more pain my girls.. love yas xxxx Now all that is left behind are memories, A empty collar and halter to never be filled again......
Blu was given to me by my good friend Lisa Bailey in 2008 to baby sit but I never returned her, such a cute personality and ever so loyal... You cute as face is still ever so clear in my eyes.
Redkin I had owned for what felt like a life time.. The sudden and tragic pass has ripped my heart out, still just looking at pictures bring tears to my eyes, the void in heart and life are endless.
Such a top mare, leave her in the paddock for 6 months then take her out and give a good clean up and go on to win Champion mare each time. Such a one in life time horse, she could turn her hoof to anything, from just going for a quiet bush ride, to burning up the rodeo arena, being discipled and controlled for dressage or western pleasure or pretty as a picture for halter classes.

Without you two here my life is just not the same... Hope to see you both again oneday...

Bubby was a Australian/ Welsh pony and stood at 12.1hh.
Bubby as she was known as was one of the most beautiful horse you could of known. Bubby had a beautiful face, beautiful rich red bay colour and a wonderful laid back personality to go with it, not a combination you find too often.
Bubby was never registered so we couldn’t show her in the official show ring at breed shows etc, which was a real shame as I believe she would have done very well.
At the time we bought Bubby she wasn’t broken in so well so it took a lot of effort to retrain her to accept a rider.
Tragicly in November 2004, there was a really bad thunder storm in which she was struck by lightning. Where she was struck most likely killed her as there were no struggle marks. The strange thing was that there were 5 other horses in the area that suffered the same fate.

Gypsy was bought as a first pony for my sister Courtney to ride and do pony club on. When we first got her she was very tail shy, you couldnt go near it otherwise she would try to kick you. With some conditioning and time she grew out of this bad habit.
Gypsy was sold on to a loving family in January 2007.
